Opening of Bukit Gombak Park

Bukit Gombak Park was finally opened to the public on 5 September 2021.

 

 

 Been working with Thomas, Steven and Npark for the past few years in the meetings to plan for the park. The opening was  delayed due to the Covid-19 Restrictions.

Finally the day came where Steven and I were stationed at the Butterfly Garden to brief the VIPs ie Ms Low Yen Ling, Mayor for the South West region and Minister Gan on the butterflies and the garden at the Opening.

Ms Low got really excited when I pointed to her a Mottled Emigrant laying eggs right in front of the Senna plant in front of us.  It was a  good briefing!

Been an exciting day with new friends and meeting lots of people of all walks!
